We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return so your dog has time to adjust and you can properly evaluate results.

Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate changes because the order may already be in processing.
If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or the product is physically broken. Packaging damage from shipping (such as dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Support@havenori.com and including clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to:

Shipping and Delivery
While we do our best to deliver quickly, Havenori is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control (including courier delays, customs issues, weather, or other shipping disruptions).
If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. Havenori is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
