Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your shipping address.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched, and can vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–15 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 8–16 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–18 business days

  • 🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: During peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates outside of our control. International orders may also experience occasional customs delays, which can extend delivery time.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team may email you to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at Support@havenori.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates after that window due to processing and shipping schedules.


Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ship orders quickly, but delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of our control—such as severe weather, courier disruptions, customs delays, or carrier backlogs.

In some cases, delays may also occur due to:

  • product availability issues

  • address verification problems

  • payment processing delays

If we encounter an issue that may delay your shipment, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Please note: Havenori is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to assist and keep you updated.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at Support@havenori.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may request additional information to complete the process. We can follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide any updates we receive.

Please note:

  • Havenori is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases fall outside of our refund policy.

  • If a package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

In certain situations, you may also be advised to file a police report.

Havenori reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version before placing an order.
